What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you typed: your name, organisation, email address, topic and message.

When you visit the site, the server sees the technical minimum every web server sees: your IP address, the page requested and the time. This is used only to deliver the page and to rate-limit the contact form against spam.

What we do with it

Enquiry details are emailed to enquiry@tenongwms.com so a person can reply. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and there is no newsletter and no marketing list.

Your IP address is held in the server's short-term memory while the rate limiter counts recent form submissions. It is not written to any database or log file by us, and the count expires after one hour.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your data rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiry@tenongwms.com and we will deal with it.

Enquiry emails are kept as long as the conversation needs them and then deleted on request.
